When I was a little girl, maybe nine or ten, I had a dream. It was to paint the ceiling in a place of worship. This dream was the result as a child of having seen a movie called "The Agony and The Ecstasy" starring Charlton Heston as Michelangelo and his struggle against the forces of good and evil while painting the Sistine Chapel
in Rome, Italy. Now my friends call me "San De Angelo". I am living and loving my dream.
Now, that above text was written for this website, in January of 2009 and in February, I received the phone call and commission to paint the ceiling of the new Hindu Temple in Fort Myers, Florida. My dream came true and it is now finished after 8 months. Now I need to find another dream! You can see it by clicking on the link just to the bottom left hand side of this page
that says Hindu Temple.
Today what I enjoy the most is helping others to make their dreams come true. I love meeting people who have had a picture in their minds but lacked the ability to create it themselves.
I could write a thousand words about myself here, but words mean very little. As they say, a picture is worth more than a thousand words. With that in mind I would like to allow my art to speak for itself. Pick any button on my site and simply start clicking the "next" button at the top of the pages to see what is truest to my heart.
I would love to hear from you,
San
